Lithochronos is a sonic art installation that restores the geological stratifications of the Dolomite arc. The phenomena of solidification, erosion, inlaying of the rocks become sonic matter, revealing the deep time that gave them form. A hidden, stratified, sedimented time -not perceptible due to its natural dilation.
